PGT Kids Summer Staff Application
July 5th - August 24th, 2018
Period of employment: July 5 to August 24, 2018
Hours: average of 28 hours per week (hours will be completed weekdays between 8am-5pm)
- Must be 15 years of age or older to apply for a staff position
- Must have experience working with children 4-12
- Must be a growing, committed believer in Jesus Christ
- Preference will be given to applicants who attend Parkwood as their home church
Applications due: June 10, 2018
You will be contacted by June 22nd if you have been selected for a position.
SURGE Day Camp
August 7th - August 13th, 2018
Surge day camp is a place where your kids can connect with others, learn about the Bible in interactive ways, and have fun doing it!
Early Bird Rate (before July 1) = $75 per child
Regular Rate (after July 1) = $100 per child
Deadline: Week 1: July 30 // Week 2: August 6
Ways to Register: Registration and payment can be completed online, or through the church office. (Limited JK/SK registration. If JK/SK registration is full, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to join the waiting list.)
Please note: If you register online, you will need to sign your child's form in person, when you drop him/her off.
- Drop off and pick up at Fitch Entrance
- Drop off at 9am; pick up at 4:30pm
- Early drop-off and late pick-up are available for an additional fee. Call church office for details. No earlier than 8am, and no later than 5:30pm.
- You may send electronic devices with your child to be used during free time, but please note that Parkwood is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items.
